How do I order an item?

Click on the product, choose the correct size/colour option (if applicable), and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready to check out, click on 'Cart' and proceed to the payment screen.

How can I pay?

All orders are processed by PayPal. You can use a PayPal balance, or a credit/debit card.

Will I be charged VAT?

We are a VAT registered company and VAT will be charged on all orders within the UK. VAT will be added during checkout when delivery costs for your order are calculated.

How are your postage costs calculated?

We use Royal Mail and their costs depend on the size and weight of your parcel, as well as the delivery location. We bulk buy envelopes and other packaging to keep your postage costs to a minimum. 

When purchasing multiple items, postage costs will generally stay the same because items like vinyl must be packaged and sent individually. 

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 days of receiving the order and the payment clearing for UK orders. For rest of the world delivery, please allow 7-14 days.

My order has not been delivered, how do I get in touch?

Please use the 'Contact' button at the top of our store and fill out the form, making sure to include the name on the order and the date it was made, if possible. We will get back to you ASAP.
